DUBAI,— Dubai Aerospace Enterprise DAE, released its financial results on Wednesday for the year ending Dec. 31, 2025, reporting increases in profit, revenue, and aircraft holdings.
The company said in a statement that net profit reached 702.2 million dollars in 2025, up from 477.5 million dollars in 2024.
That represents an increase of 224.7 million dollars, or 47.1 percent, driven primarily by higher operating income and insurance recoveries.
Profit before income tax totaled 761.6 million dollars. Total revenue rose to 1.725 billion dollars, compared with 1.429 billion dollars the previous year, a 20.7 percent increase.
The company said in the statement that the growth came from higher leasing revenue from newly acquired aircraft, including those obtained through business combinations, and from increased maintenance revenue.
Total assets climbed to 16.547 billion dollars at the end of 2025, up from 13.033 billion dollars in 2024, largely due to aircraft purchases made during the year.
Chief Executive Officer Firoz Tarapore described 2025 as a notable year for the company. He said DAE completed the acquisition of Nordic Aviation Capital NAC, and added to its global fleet. Over the year, DAE acquired 280 aircraft and sold 111.
Tarapore said the company’s owned and managed fleet increased by 38 percent to 604 aircraft by year-end. He added that full-year revenues rose 21 percent while pre-tax profit increased 43 percent, improving pre-tax profit margins and return on equity.
DAE maintained its financial controls over capital adequacy, funding, and liquidity.
Tarapore said the company raised 3.9 billion dollars in long-term debt financing through multiple public and private transactions during the year.
DAE Engineering recorded another year of growth, with revenue increasing 13 percent to 211 million dollars and profit rising 47 percent to 64 million dollars.
