ABU DHABI,— ADNOC Drilling Company PJSC said Wednesday that its shareholders approved all items at the annual general meeting, including the final dividend for 2025, bringing total payouts for the year to $1 billion, according to a company statement.
ADNOC Drilling operates as a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.
The approvals follow what the company described as a defining year marked by record financial and operational results driven by steady execution, high utilization and growth in integrated energy services.
For 2025, ADNOC Drilling reported revenue of $4.9 billion, an increase of 22 percent from a year earlier. Net profit reached $1.45 billion, up 11 percent year on year.
Chairman Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber said the dividend approval and a minimum 5 percent increase planned for 2026 reflect shareholder confidence in the company’s strategy and long term value, supported by visibility on future cash flows.
He said the company achieved record results through operational performance, expansion of integrated services and converting scale into cash generation.
He added that as ADNOC and the United Arab Emirates expand conventional and unconventional energy capacity, ADNOC Drilling is increasing activity while using technology and artificial intelligence to improve performance and returns.
Al Jaber said safety and employee welfare remain the top priority as the company operates in a complex regional environment. He said the company’s fundamentals remain strong and its outlook is supported by clear visibility on future activity.
The company said there has been no material impact on its core drilling operations from the current regional situation. These operations accounted for about 90 percent of full year 2025 net income.
In the oilfield services segment, ADNOC Drilling said it has absorbed the impact during the first quarter of 2026 and remains on track to meet its quarterly guidance.
The company said it will continue to monitor developments and apply mitigation measures if needed, and will provide updates if conditions change from the second quarter onward.
Looking ahead, ADNOC Drilling said it is supported by strong fundamentals, contracted activity and steady cash generation. It said this position allows it to plan growth in support of the UAE energy expansion.
