ABU DHABI,— ADNOC Logistics and Services plc reported strong financial results for 2025, marking a year of record performance and continued growth.
In a statement, the company said it earned a net profit of $863 million (AED 3.17 billion) alongside annual revenue of $5.02 billion (AED 18.42 billion), up 41 percent from 2024.
Growth was driven by high market demand, operational efficiency, and expansion in both its core and emerging business segments.
ADNOC L&S noted that more than 60 percent of revenue, including contributions from its AW Shipping joint venture, comes from long-term contracts and recurring sources. This structure helps stabilize earnings and reduces exposure to market fluctuations.
The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose 32 percent year-on-year to $1.52 billion (AED 5.56 billion), maintaining a 30 percent margin.
ADNOC L&S described these results as a reflection of its ongoing transformation into a global market leader, supported by a diversified business model and disciplined capital management.
ADNOC L&S reported continued growth in the fourth quarter of 2025. Quarterly revenue rose 35 percent to $1.19 billion (AED 4.36 billion).
EBITDA climbed 39 percent to $391 million (AED 1.44 billion), and net profit increased 29 percent to $232 million (AED 852 million).
The company attributed these gains to improved performance in its Shipping segment and stable operations across its portfolio.
Captain Abdulkareem Al Masabi, CEO of ADNOC L&S, said the year was pivotal for the company. He highlighted record financial results, stronger customer focus, growth across all business segments, and accelerated international expansion.
He added that the acquisition of Navig8 elevated ADNOC L&S from a regional leader to a global player in maritime logistics.
ADNOC L&S, traded on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange under the ticker ADNOCLS, operates globally through three business units: Integrated Logistics, Shipping, and Services.
The company serves over 100 customers in more than 50 countries. Its key subsidiaries include Zakher Marine International Holdings, which owns and operates offshore support vessels, and Navig8, a ship owner and operator providing bunkering and ship management services.
