ABU DHABI,— ADNOC Drilling, a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), announced in a statement on Thursday its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025, reporting a 22 percent increase in revenue to $4.9 billion compared with the previous year.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose 9 percent to $2.2 billion, while net profit climbed 11 percent to $1.45 billion.

Total dividends for 2025 reached $1 billion, reflecting the company’s continued focus on shareholder returns.

The company said its 2025 performance was supported by high rig utilization, long-term contracts, and the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence technology across its drilling fleet.

These factors contributed to record profitability and strong cash flow, ADNOC Drilling added.

The company highlighted its ability to convert scale into shareholder value, noting that improved well delivery, lower unit costs, and advanced technology deployment supported ADNOC’s broader production capacity expansion.

ADNOC Drilling CEO Abdulla Ateya Al Messabi said 2025 marked a milestone year for the company. “These record results were achieved thanks to our employees, whose hard work, creativity, and attention to safety and high-quality operations drive everything we accomplish,” he said.

Al Messabi added that the company continues its transformation into one of the region’s most advanced energy services providers through technology-driven efficiency and disciplined capital management.

The board recommended a fourth-quarter dividend of $250 million, approximately 5.7 fils per share, which is expected to be paid in the second half of April 2026.

Combined with earlier payments, total dividends for 2025 reached $1 billion, in line with the company’s progressive dividend policy.

ADNOC Drilling said all dividend proposals, including the 2026 annual dividend floor of $1.05 billion and planned aggregate distributions of $6.8 billion for 2025-2030, are subject to shareholder approval at the company’s annual general meeting.

The company’s multi-year framework aims to provide long-term visibility for investors.

Under this plan, cumulative dividends through 2030 are expected to total $6.8 billion, equivalent to roughly AED 1.56 per share, with an implied cumulative yield above 28 percent based on market data as of Feb. 11, 2026.

Separately, ADNOC Logistics and Services plc reported on Wednesday strong 2025 results, with a net profit of $863 million (AED 3.17 billion).

ADNOC is one of the world’s leading energy producers and the state-owned oil company of the United Arab Emirates.
