ABU DHABI,— ADNOC Gas plc said shareholders approved all agenda items at its annual general meeting on Monday, including a record dividend of 3.584 billion dollars for 2025, with a final payout of 896 million dollars scheduled for May, according to a company statement.
The company also reported an incident at the Habshan gas complex after falling debris followed the interception by air defense systems.
One contractor died and several workers were injured during the evacuation, the statement said.
The affected area was isolated, while gas supply to customers continued without disruption through other facilities.
ADNOC Gas said it is carrying out a full assessment of the damage.
For 2025, the company posted net income of 5.2 billion dollars, despite a 14 percent drop in average Brent crude prices to 69 dollars per barrel.
EBITDA from the domestic gas segment rose 10 percent year on year, supported by a 4 percent increase in sales volumes and improved commercial terms.
During the year, ADNOC Gas completed a secondary share offering, raising 2.84 billion dollars from 3.1 billion shares, marking the largest such deal on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
The company was later added to the MSCI Emerging Markets Index and the FTSE Emerging Index, bringing more than 750 million dollars in passive inflows.
ADNOC Gas set a dividend target of 24.4 billion dollars from 2025 to 2030 and shifted to quarterly payments starting in the third quarter of 2025.
The total dividend for 2025 includes 1.792 billion dollars paid in September, 896 million dollars in December, and a final 896 million dollars due in May 2026.
The payout follows a policy of 5 percent annual growth and is supported by free cash flow, exceeding the 2025 commitment by over 500 million dollars.
The company said the results reflect strong operational performance and stable demand across its domestic portfolio, while maintaining supply reliability during the incident period without interruption to contracted customers across its network operations and infrastructure.
On April 1, 2026, ADNOC Drilling Company PJSC announced that shareholders approved all proposals at the annual general meeting, including the final dividend for 2025, raising the total dividend payments for the year to $1 billion.
