AJMAN,— Ajman recorded its largest real estate deal with a property sale worth AED 185 million ($50,37 million), highlighting strong demand in the emirate’s property market, the state news agency reported.
Data from the Ajman Real Estate Index showed the plot involved is in Al Amerah and is designated for both residential and commercial use.
The classification increases its investment potential, offering options for housing projects or mixed-use developments.
The transaction comes as Ajman’s real estate sector continues to expand, supported by investment incentives, improved infrastructure, and modern urban planning.
These factors have helped draw investors from across the United Arab Emirates and from international markets.
Official figures indicated continued positive performance in the sector, with growth in both transaction value and volume. This trend reflects steady investor confidence and strengthens Ajman’s standing as a competitive property destination in the country.
The high-value deal also underlines opportunities in emerging areas experiencing rapid development. Al Amerah has recently gained attention as a key location for new projects due to its expansion and planning prospects.
Market indicators suggest that activity is expected to remain strong in the near term.
Rising demand for land and mixed-use developments is supported by economic stability and a regulatory framework designed to encourage business activity.
Authorities say these conditions are helping sustain growth in Ajman’s real estate market and are likely to attract further investment in the coming period.
