Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz Launch World’s First Mercedes-Benz Branded City in Dubai with AED 30 Billion Investment
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates,— Binghatti Developers, one of Dubai’s largest and fastest-growing property developers, has partnered with luxury car maker Mercedes-Benz to launch Mercedes-Benz Places, Binghatti City, the first Mercedes-Benz branded city in the world.
The development represents a total investment of AED 30 billion, according to an announcement by the companies.
Following the international success of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai, this project marks the second collaboration between Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz. It is also the first time Binghatti is introducing a fully master-planned community under its own brand.
The new city is located in the Meydan area and covers more than 10 million square feet. The project is designed as a multi-tower residential community, combining Mercedes-Benz branded towers with a fully integrated urban ecosystem.
According to Binghatti, the development will merge luxury living with mobility innovation, guided by Mercedes-Benz’s Sensual Purity design philosophy and a focus on community living.
Mercedes-Benz Places, Binghatti City, is planned as a self-contained urban environment that offers residents a “city within a city” experience.
The development will feature residential towers, retail boulevards, cultural and leisure districts, parks, green corridors, wellness and sports facilities, as well as dining and entertainment venues.
The companies said the design emphasizes accessibility, comfort, and connectivity, allowing residents to enjoy a complete lifestyle within walking distance of key amenities.
Chairman of Binghatti Developers, Muhammad Binghatti, commented on the partnership: “Working with Mercedes-Benz again demonstrates our shared commitment to excellence, precision, and timeless design. Mercedes-Benz Places, Binghatti City, will create a world-class urban experience where luxury and innovation converge. This master-planned community will become one of Dubai’s most distinguished destinations.”
The official signing took place at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, Germany, between Muhammad Binghatti and Mathias Geisen, member of the board of management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, responsible for marketing and sales. The companies confirmed that the project is set for an official launch on January 14, 2026.
Geisen said Mercedes-Benz aims to deliver exceptional experiences to its customers. “With Mercedes-Benz Places, Binghatti City, we are taking our commitment to a new level, creating destinations where our brand can become a true home,” he said.
The city’s design will reflect Mercedes-Benz’s Sensual Purity philosophy, combining architectural excellence with functional urban living.
