ABU DHABI,— International Holding Company IHC said on Friday it reported revenue of AED 111.4 billion for 2025, marking a 29.1 percent increase from the previous year. The company also posted profit after tax of AED 34.7 billion, equal to $9.448 billion, up 35.1 percent year on year.
In a statement, IHC said it maintained steady growth throughout 2025 across its diversified portfolio. It described itself as an active investor and operator, adding that its scale helped drive higher profitability.
Growth came from strong performance in its core operating segments, along with strategic acquisitions, capital recycling efforts and expansion into international markets. IHC said it was supported by what it called a resilient balance sheet and strong liquidity.
Revenue growth during the year was driven by contributions from all major business segments.
The Real Estate and Construction segment generated AED 44.2 billion in revenue. IHC said this was supported by strong development sales, effective project execution and steady demand across key markets.
The Marine and Dredging segment delivered AED 30.2 billion in revenue. The company said this reflected continued project momentum by NMDC Group and expansion into international markets.
The Energy segment contributed AED 8.3 billion in revenue. IHC said this performance benefited from expansion in energy and mining activities.
Hospitality and Leisure recorded AED 7.6 billion in revenue, supported by portfolio expansion and increased activity across regional and international assets.
The Food segment generated AED 5.6 billion in revenue. IHC attributed this to strategic acquisitions and vertical integration across poultry and agriculture operations.
Technology and Financial Services posted revenues of AED 4.2 billion and AED 4.0 billion, respectively. IHC said these results reflected continued diversification and growth across digital and financial platforms.
Services and Other segments accounted for AED 8.7 billion in revenue, driven by activities in education, healthcare, communications and other support services.
As of Dec. 31, 2025, IHC reported total assets of AED 428.6 billion, compared with AED 401.8 billion at the end of 2024. The company said this represented growth of 6.7 percent, supported by portfolio expansion and consolidation.
Total equity rose to AED 250.7 billion, up 2.6 percent from the previous year. IHC said the increase reflected its focus on enhancing shareholder value.
Cash and bank balances increased 35.6 percent to AED 74.9 billion, which the company said maintained strong liquidity to support ongoing investment activity.
Return on assets stood at 8.4 percent, while the quick ratio reached 2.9 times, reflecting balance sheet strength and financial flexibility.
IHC, based in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, operates as a diversified conglomerate with investments in healthcare, real estate, agriculture, energy and financial services.
The company invests in projects in the UAE and internationally, seeking long term value through partnerships, acquisitions and new business development.
